Mari Lwyd and Elves

Hello all our scaredy cats and kittens,

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!  On this episode  of The Two Scaredy Cats Podcast we talk about a Christmas tradition and the origin stories of Elves.  We first talk about the  Mary Lwyd which is a wassailing folklore tradition from South Wales.  It is usually done during  Christmas and New Year's and involves singing and a parade with a horses skull.  Next we talk  elves, and all the different cultures they show up in.   We wish everyone a Happy New Year and a better 2022!
